Guest Policy

Hampton House members may bring guests to the facility. Members are allowed up to five (5) guests per visit. The guest may not be a Hampton Cove resident.

 

Local guests may come to the facility accompanied by the member for $5.00 per person. Any Hampton Cove resident that uses the facility must be a Hampton House member, no exceptions!

 

Guests that live 100 miles or more from Hampton Cove can come to the facility accompanied by the member for free. Members must set up a guest pass prior to the guest’s arrival. You may do this by downloading the form and emailing it back to us or you may drop it off at the office. All guest passes will be kept at the pool check in desk. Please click on the icon below for pool pass. Forms from members will NOT be accepted at pool check in desk. Staff members will deliver the passes once we receive them from you.
 

Note: to ensure a guest pass will be waiting for you, please make your request at least 24 hours in advance. Remember, this is for out-of-town guests only. The office closes at noon on Friday and closed on weekends/holidays. If you email or call on Friday afternoon, for a Saturday or Sunday pass, it will not be possible to make this pass. Please be prepared to pay for your guest. If you fail to request a guest pass, please come prepared to pay for your guest.
